Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify eligibility for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including items returned in a condition different from the original state or missing components.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered by the carrier, customers will be eligible for a full refund.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to the registered business address of the company.
